Tarek El Kassar

Tarek is an experienced professional with more than 28 years of direct sales, channel sales management, product management, marketing & training. A professional hybrid combining science and management. He has passion for applied business research in Learning & Development, Organizational Learning, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development & Performance. Tarek holds a PhD in business, an MBA, an MA. Ed (Coaching & mentoring) and a B.S in Environmental Health. He is an ICF (ACC) Certified Coach and holds mutiple professional Certifications in Executive Coaching & Team Coaching.

Tarek’s current role involves management of the Laboratory Water Purification, Water Analysis & Lab Products lines for a mutinational organization in the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe. Tarek provides products training and support for the distributors' sales force.

Tarek was a project Team Member at UNICEF (Oct 1990-Aug 1991) for the assessment of Environmental Conditions in Lebanon (Water Quality, Solid Waste Management and Waste Water Management) which included : Field surveillance of water quality and health education activities (seminars, workshops etc.)
